*We commit to providing upfront fixed site costs for all blocks with available engineering plans, Plan of Subdivision; and design guidlines standard floor plan with preferred siting (without alterations) DBN Homes recommended Building Surveyor and residential zoning. Subject to developer and council approval. For blocks without available engineering, a site cost allowance will be provided with fixed site costs at HIA Contract signing. Pricing is based on the provided estimated title date and can be fixed for up to 12 months from the date of the Preliminary Works Contract (PWC) and payment of the initial deposit.
